Set in riot-torn, near-future Los Angeles, HOTEL ARTEMIS is an original, high-octane action-thriller starring Jodie Foster as The Nurse, who runs a secret, members-only hospital for criminals. Jodie Foster is joined by an all-star cast that includes Sterling K. Brown, Sofia Boutella, Jeff Goldblum, Brian Tyree Henry, Jenny Slate, Zachary Quinto, Charlie Day, and Dave Bautista.
"One of the great trump cards of 'Hotel Artemis' is its star-studded cast. The movie features Jodie Foster ('The Silence of the Lambs'), Jeff Goldbum ('Jurassic Park'), Dave Bautista ('Guardians of the Galaxy'), Zachary Quinto ('Star Trek'), Sterling K. Brown ('Black Panther') and Sofia Boutella ('Atomic'). All of them together in a dystopian future, full of action and violence. The direction is by Drew Pearce, a newcomer to feature films, but who has signed up for the story of 'Iron Man 3' and 'Mission Impossible: Secret Nation'. Unfortunately, in the case of 'Hotel Artemis', there was a lack of better work, especially in the script, which ends up relying on some clichés. Still, it is interesting for those who are looking for a different plot from the usual and with good performances."
