Why watch the movie Polar?
"You probably, even unknowingly, know the work of director Jonas Åkerlund. Since the 1980s he has directed hundreds of music videos for artists such as Madonna, Rolling Stones, U2 and Metallica, including songs like 'Ray of Light', 'Beautiful Day' and 'Whiskey in the Jar'. In 'Polar', the director brings Mads Mikkelsen and Vanessa Hudgens to life in an action-packed and violent film, based on the graphic novel by Spanish author Víctor Santos. As expected, the aesthetic, editing and photography - trademarks of Åkerlund's work - are the main highlights."
