It all begins the night when trumpet player Alirio Guaramato is suffering the ravages of a ferocious drunk and turns to his instrument to try to play his troubles away. He accidentally hits on the exact note reserved for the Cherubim who are to waken the dead on the Judgment Day with their heavenly trumpets. Nature trembles at the occurrence, so out of time and place! In the nearby cemetery the seals burst on a gravestone in The Garcia Family vault and out steps Antonieta. Although she died at the age of eighty-five, strangely Antonieta reappears with all the bloom of a twenty year old.
