An episodic story of three children, living in three different countries. Themba, Manuela and Ismael have the same aspiration and struggles. Through their eyes we see their reality and how it is affected by obstacles which deprive them their fundamental right, a right to be educated. Themba, a young South African boy of a domestic worker who is struggling at school and faces challenges to find time to study. Manuela, a 7 year old indigenous Ecuadorian girl who is looking forward to going to school, but all her hopes vanish suddenly. And Ismael, a boy from Colombia, who due to family tradition is forced to work with his father and is unable to attend school.
