Why watch the movie By the Grace of God?
"Director François Ozon ("Young and Beautiful" and "The Double Lover") brings a hard-hitting, relevant, and unfortunately timely story. Three men join forces to seek justice - trying to prove the abuse they suffered from a priest when they were children. To do this, they must face the power of the Church and the pain of revisiting the agonies of the past. The end result is touching and engaging, turning distant news stories into tangible events. For all these reasons, "Grâce à Dieu" won the Jury Prize at the Berlin Film Festival, as well as many praises from critics."
