Why watch the movie A Nightmare On Elm Street?
"The beginning of the slasher terror saga, starring Freddy Krueger (Robert Englund), one of the most iconic villains in movie history - who is now as famous as "Jack O'Lantern," the dark lanterns made of pumpkin. The masterful hand of Wes Craven, known as one of the greatest exponents of the genre, reaches with 'A Nightmare On Elm Street' a memorable film, which remains unsurpassed by any of its sequels and many other subsequent slashers. The feature transgresses the boundaries between the real and the dreamlike, in a very crazy journey. It should be noted that this was Johnny Depp's big screen debut."
