Why watch the movie The Mustang?
"Inspired by the real-life case that happened in a criminal rehabilitation program in Carson City, Nevada, 'The Mustang' is a powerful movie that marks the directorial debut of French actress Laure de Clermont-Tonnerre. Though it may seem apparently simple, this Sundance selected feature will surely captivate you with its story about redemption, second chances and reconnecting with our human side. Matthias Schoenaerts' (‘Rust and Bone’) performance is truly remarkable - also accompanied by the legendary Bruce Dern ('The Hateful Eight'). The beautiful cinematography by Ruben Impens (‘Raw’, ‘Alabama Monroe’) will captivate you."
