Here, filmmaker Lynne Ramsay ('You Were Never Really Here') breaks the narrative into a fragmented plot to talk about a boy (Ezra Miller) who kills classmates at school. From there, with power and dedication, the filmmaker speaks of the effects of this act on the boy's family - with a special focus on the mother, brilliantly played by Tilda Swinton.
