Why watch the movie All the Bright Places?
"Directed by Brett Haley (the filmmaker behind the acclaimed independent drama, 'Hearts Beat Loud'), 'All the Bright Places' is the cinematic adaptation of the eponymous young adult novel by Jennifer Niven. Like the material it is based on, this movie portrays with empathy and sensitivity what it is like to suffer from a mental illness in youth and how it can affect relationships and ways of seeing a life as a couple. The good performances are a guarantee, since the film is starred by Elle Fanning ('The Neon Demon') and Justice Smith ('Detective Pikachu', 'The Get Down'). A tip: grab the tissue before pressing play."
