Why watch the movie The Lost Viking?
"If you like historical action dramas to the point where you feel a need to watch them all, with their irascible characters and bloody battles, perhaps 'The Last Viking' is for you... and only then. Starring Dean Ridge (who curiously appears as Magnus in the popular series 'Vikings'), this is a low-budget film with survival drama hues that is not as efficient with its modest resources as, for example, Nicolas Winding Refn's 'Valhalla Rising'; and whose revenge story will remind you a lot of the famous 'Gladiator', although it falls far from the spectacularity of its battles. If something is not lacking is blood, so if you only want an excuse for some bloody violence on screen, this movie may be for you."
