Why watch the movie Tigertail?
"Written and directed by Alan Yang (co-creator of the acclaimed series 'Master of None', for which he won an Emmy), 'Tigertail' is a drama that spans decades and generations, contrasting the pursuit of supposed happiness amidst the economic issues of a distant nation, with the sacrifice of joy we find in home, family and love to achieve professional and financial goals. The lead role of the great Tzi Ma (seen in films such as 'Rush Hour' and 'Arrival') is crucial in conveying the inner conflict of his cold and bitter protagonist, bringing an even more interesting melancholic redemption."
