Trailer

Why watch this film?

'Feeling Through' is a short film that has its merits. After all, director Doug Roland truly put a blind-deaf actor (Robert Tarango) as one of the protagonists in a story of meetings and discoveries. Here, we follow the story of a young man (Steven Prescod) who lives on the streets of New York and feels alone. Invisible, in fact. His cold and lonely night changes, then, when he meets this blind-deaf man on a corner, waiting for someone to help him find an address. Roland, who has already commanded other shorts of the type, bets on all the tools to make the viewer emotional - and that's where the problem may be, since the exaggeration quickly becomes a frequent in the short film. Still, you can find some poetry in the story and see, somehow, how we are not alone. Movie available for free on YouTube, with English subtitles.
