Why watch this film?

As fascism has been gaining ground around the world, organizations that fight against this type of conservative and antidemocratic politics have also been gaining space and voice in society - the so-called antifas. In 'Und morgen die ganze Welt', we follow a group of young people who organize to disrupt fascist demonstrations around Germany. Luísa, a young woman who has just joined this group, feels divided. After all, on the one hand are those who use violence to gain ground. On the other, those who like to provoke and make noise, but without resorting to facts. From there, we follow the unfolding of this organization and how things can get into bigger problems than expected. Selected at the Venice Film Festival and screened at Toronto, the feature film has a firm and determined direction by Julia von Heinz (from the weak 'Então, Vou Nessa!'), but ends up getting lost in a weak and personality-free character construction, making it difficult to meet between viewers and the plot that is told. The message is current, but the execution could have followed the steps of films like 'Les Miserables' or even 'New Order', with strength in the story as a whole.
