Based on the animated franchise of one of the most beloved fighting games, 'Mortal Kombat Legends: Battle Of The Realms' comes with force to please fans. This is the sequel to the previous 'Scorpion's Revenge', in a story that brings back the team of heroes known to fans, who are surrounded by Shao Kahn's enemy forces - forcing Raiden and his group of warriors into an agreement to compete in the last Mortal Kombat, an event that will determine the fate of the realms. There is all the blood and violence that characterize the game series, along with some fun that entertains - even though the script is far from being good.

Plot summary
When Shao Kahn’s Outworld barbarians terrorize Earthrealm, Lord Raiden is determined to put an end to the carnage once and for all. This leaves one option: a final Mortal Kombat Tournament for the future of Earthrealm – win it or lose everything. Raiden’s elite team of Johnny Cage, Sonya Blade, Liu Kang and a few new faces kick the action into the extreme as they go head-to-head with Outworld’s most bloodthirsty warriors. The stakes could not be higher. But deep in Netherrealm, the malevolent Shinnok is unfolding an unspeakable scheme which threatens to obliterate existence as we know it. The universe is watching, and it’s winner take all!

Fans of the long-running fighting video game franchise 'Mortal Kombat' know all too well that its cinematic adaptations have not always hit the mark, starting with the first eponymous movie in 1995, followed by the infamous 'Mortal Kombat: Annihilation', considered one of the worst films of all time. 'Mortal Kombat Legends: Scorpions Revenge' marks the franchise's first animated project since the also kid-friendly series 'Mortal Kombat: Defenders of the Earth', but, unlike it, perfectly respects the essence of what made the game popular: brutal violence and blood gushing in mortal confrontations, including the famous "knockouts" known as "Fatalities". Produced by the game's development studio, NetherRealm Studios, in collaboration with Warner Bros. Animation (responsible for the acclaimed DC Animated Universe franchise), the result is the first feature film that has everything to finally fulfill gamers' dreams.

The Fall Guy
The Fall Guy is one of those films that seem designed to have it all and thus please the broadest audience possible. Based on the 1980s series of the same name and directed by David Leitch (former stunt double and now director of films like Bullet Train and Deadpool 2), the movie follows Colt Seavers (Ryan Gosling), a down-on-his-luck stunt double who must investigate the mysterious disappearance of actor Tom Ryder (Aaron Taylor-Johnson), as this would ruin the first movie of his beloved, filmmaker Jody (Emily Blunt). And the major problem with this movie is that it tries to be everything: romantic comedy, action comedy, Hollywood satire, crime mystery, and more, hampered by the magnitude of its own ambitions, as well as an overloaded and unclear script. You can enjoy it as an insight into the world behind action cinema, and for the charisma of Ryan Gosling and Emily Blunt.
