Directed by Vivek Soni, who takes the helm of his second feature film, 'Meenakshi Sundareshwar' is an Indian romantic comedy that discusses insecurities, quarrels, failures and differences of the couple on screen. In the plot, Abhimanyu and Sanya have just gotten married and must separate - only physically - due to an opportunity for Abhimanyu's work. Now, they are forced to live a new reality: a long-distance marriage. The movie is funny and shows this new Indian cinema - if we can call it that - which drinks less from the source of Bollywood clichés, which usually has many songs, exaggerations and scripts completely disconnected from reality. 'Meenakshi Sundareshwar', although it is comical, has situations that approach everyday life, being more relatable.

The plot of How to Date Billy Walsh is set in Britain, but follows the same formula as many other similar proposals from the United States: a guy, Archie, has been friends with Amelia since childhood, but secretly loves her. However, when he finally gathers the courage to confess, she falls for Billie Walsh, a handsome and athletic exchange student. The story is predictable and, except for a Netflix Sex Education-like layer of paint, there's not much new. However, it's a good contender for a Gen Z classic.
