Why watch this film?
Another movie to entertain Bruce Willis fans. After numerous successes in the cinema, such as the 'Die Hard' franchise, the actor began to dedicate himself to low-budget productions focused on entertaining those watching without pretense. Here, Willis resumes his partnership with director James Cullen Bressack ('Survive the Game'). In 'Fortress', a former CIA agent is trapped in a technological bunker under attack from a cyber thief. The premise of the film is good, what fails is the development, falling into some more generic formulas of the genre. Still, without surprising, it delivers what is expected of a feature film of the star.

Survive the Game
The years 2020 and 2021 have been challenging for Bruce Willis' career, the star who ended up getting into some holes with 'Switchgrass at Midnight', 'Space Threat' and 'Survive the Night'. However, despite these slips from the 'Die Hard' star, the action thriller 'Survive the Game' does not reach the absurdity that we saw in Willis' story of fleeing aliens, for example. Here, filmmaker James Cullen Bressack (from the interesting 'Alone') tells the story of two policemen who join a troubled war veteran when a gang of traffickers invades a man's farm and uses it as a hideout. Tense in the right measure, although with some script and direction slips, 'Survive the Game' is a sure fun for those looking for Willis' roots, with tense action plots that leave aside senseless nonsense. It is a movie to have fun and pass the time, without many other attractions.
Hot Seat
Typical Mel Gibson movie from the 2020s, i.e. full of action and not much story. 'Hot Seat' follows a showdown: on one side, an ex-hacker is forced to hack into high-level banking institutions, while another must try to penetrate the building with traps to get the young man out of the hot seat. Directed by James Cullen Bressack (of Bruce Willis's mediocre films, such as 'The Fortress' and 'Survive the Game'), the feature film brings banal elements of suspense and action cinema, putting Gibson in a forgettable character, without any memorable scene, but which should please those looking for a typical action movie.
Darkness of Man
An american action film features the striking presence of Jean-Claude Van Damme in a plot full of tension and adrenaline. He plays an Interpol agent who faces the challenge of protecting the son of an informant murdered by ruthless gangs. The story unfolds amid a routine operation that ends tragically, standing out for its fast pace and well-choreographed action sequences. Darkness of man is a film that captivates fans of the genre with its engaging narrative, where loyalty and promise are central themes, and Van Damme's skills in fight scenes are once again proven.

The Fall Guy
The Fall Guy is one of those films that seem designed to have it all and thus please the broadest audience possible. Based on the 1980s series of the same name and directed by David Leitch (former stunt double and now director of films like Bullet Train and Deadpool 2), the movie follows Colt Seavers (Ryan Gosling), a down-on-his-luck stunt double who must investigate the mysterious disappearance of actor Tom Ryder (Aaron Taylor-Johnson), as this would ruin the first movie of his beloved, filmmaker Jody (Emily Blunt). And the major problem with this movie is that it tries to be everything: romantic comedy, action comedy, Hollywood satire, crime mystery, and more, hampered by the magnitude of its own ambitions, as well as an overloaded and unclear script. You can enjoy it as an insight into the world behind action cinema, and for the charisma of Ryan Gosling and Emily Blunt.
