"Vengeance Is Mine" tells the story of Harry (Con O'Neill), a man trying to come to terms with the murder of his wife and daughter. When he discovers the whereabouts of the killers, he decides he wants to embark on a quest for revenge. This film manages to show the many facets of retribution, which, however complex it may be, also has its more raw side. The visual narrative is well constructed and we can say that it is almost impeccable, as it gives us an idea of how the protagonist was affected by a violent tragedy and will do whatever it takes to alleviate this pain. "Vengeance Is Mine" is also a production that is relatable, considering that the main character is an ordinary man trying to do justice with his own hands.
