Their lives are affected by war, family conflicts and love. The plot covers the period of World War I and Prohibition in the United States, which lasted from 1920 to 1930. The entire cast of the film is good - in addition to Brad Pitt, another highlight is Anthony Hopkins, who plays a challenging role."
