Why watch the movie Supercon?
"Conventions geared towards the nerd crowd are a fertile ground for comedy films, given the relaxed atmosphere and the profusion of different figures and personalities in one place. 'Supercon' takes advantage of this diversity to play with types and stereotypes in a fun movie, which knows and understands the limits and characteristics of these conventions. First-time feature fiction filmmaker Zak Knutson hits the mark by adding an extra flavor to the comedy, with action and adventure subplots. So, even though there are some excesses, it's a fun movie that should make convention goers have a good laugh."
