Why watch the movie Malcolm & Marie?
"After 'Marriage Story', it's Sam Levinson's (from the acclaimed series 'Euphoria') turn to give his take on a marriage in trouble. That's the central premise of 'Malcolm & Marie', an original and exclusive Netflix movie filmed during the pandemic of the new coronavirus--and completely in secret. At the base of the plot, we follow one night in the life of the couple Malcolm (John David Washington) and Marie (Zendaya), who return home after the launch party of a movie directed by the guy, to await the imminent success of critical and financial. From there, we follow what Levinson does best: a psychological dive into the life and relationship of this couple. The absolute highlight is the performance of Zendaya and John David Washington, who shine on stage. And for the elegant black-and-white photography."
