One hint, 6 chances, and a new movie to guess every day
The true story of one young white Southerner in the Summer of 1961, caught in a place and time where he had to choose which side he was on.

""Son of the South" is a historical biographical drama about the US South, the white supremacist movement and the repercussions of racial movements in a predominantly conservative and prejudiced environment. We follow the narrative from the point of view of a character from a family with deep-rooted racism, who has to face reality, think for himself and understand his place in the world, in the face of so much injustice. The drama is compelling and the direction is competent, as well as a powerful performance by Lucas Till ("X-Men First Class"). The problem is that when dealing with racial issues, the movie fails to hit the right tone, lacks sensitivity in its discourse and care in its presentation, which prevents the movie from being truly impactful from a social point of view, and effectively contributing to the theme."
