"Inspired by a true story, 'Mystère' follows the life of a girl who is devastated after the death of her mother and comes to understand that she can still be happy when she finds a new best friend, a dog. A delicate and beautiful film about grief, which also shows other ways of facing our losses. This is the second feature film of French director Denis Imbert's career, who takes on a very different production from his first work, 'Vicky', a silly comedy for TV. Imbert made a very sensitive adaptation, 'Mystère' is an exciting movie recommended for all ages."
