Why watch the movie The Death of Superman?
"Adapting the comic book arc published in the first half of the 1990s, following closely - albeit with some changes - the story of comics. At the time, the event had a great repercussion in the press, since it was the death of the first superhero in history (and, at that time, resurrecting dead characters was not a common practice yet). Although the animated version of "The Death of Superman" does not have the same impact today, the film is very well executed, with the drama that the event requires and also with good action sequences. One of the merits of the production is that it knows how to explore the dichotomy between the Man of Steel who protects Metropolis and that Clark who grew up as an ordinary boy in the countryside of Kansas and has his loves, fears and desires."
