Why watch the movie The Wrestler?
"If Mickey Rourke's career seemed to have stalled, like his character's, this Darren Aronofsky film injected new life into it. Aside from all the awards it won - a BAFTA, the Golden Lion at Venice and two Golden Globes, among others - 'The Wrestler' shows a cynical North American society with no place for veterans and old stars."
