Through this documentary we strive to shed light on why and how we can make one of the most excluded minorities be included in one of the most competitive industries in the world. Looking through the eyes of the disabled community we challenge ideas and perceptions of inclusion and diversity. Can we create a platform for equality whereby establishing opportunities for people with disabilities in the film and television industry, whilst still ensuring jobs are awarded to the people most prepared and able to fulfil the demands.
