Why watch the movie Rifle?
"This Brazilian film explores the despair of the countryside, where small farmers suffer between the crisis and the pressure from large landowners, while facing crime. 'Rifle' portrays all this in a dry and slow way. Despite being far from brilliant and precisely trying to disturb the viewer - which is always a risky move - the feature can make us reflect on this entire situation."
