Rich, and handsome, oil tycoon has become a miser, and lives in the biggest house, and mansion, around . He wasn't always rich, and seems to have forgotten his meager beginnings. One day at a society function, he meets a gorgeous blonde (Tiffinni saint Ranae). Although he is rich, the rain, and having to change a tire, had him at the event, looking a mess, he is mistaken to be the sweet janitor at the country club, instead of a greedy, selfish, shallow, type. The deep, insightful, girl is appalled by her attraction to him, so she sets out to enthrall him, until he starts warming up, and becoming more, helpful to people in his town and appreciating the great, more simple, free, finer, things.
