A young Ghanaian-American, who identifies as part of the Diaspora, takes an uncomfortable taxi ride where his notions of self is greatly challenged as he hopes to leave his paternal country, ailing Grandfather, and deep rooted feelings of cultural displacement behind. Along the way, he discovers what it is that brings him closer to his roots and his people.
