Niko Griffin is a hardened tough on the streets of Lexington, when he is released from an insane asylum, after being shot by his sister. He then works his way into the criminal underbelly, by dealing drugs up and down man o'war boulevard. But he eventually discovers, what he truly needs is in him all along.
