Why watch the movie Snow White?
"The origins of Snow White in cinema date back to the silent era, with this 1916 adaptation. Basic in its structure and plot, this version retains the elements we already know from the fairy tale: a jealous queen, a princess who must hide, and the dwarfs who help her. However, Walt Disney saw this version when he was young, and its influence laid the groundwork for his animated classic. If you're a fan of the story or interested in film history, this is a must-watch."
