Why watch this film?

It is simply a remake –and a very faithful one– of the legendary 1968 horror classic, 'Night of the Living Dead' by George A. Romero. However, there is little else to say: there is really nothing new here, and the animation of 'Night of the Animated Dead' is average at best, and mediocre at worst. It might be worth it for those who don't know the classic that practically defined zombie cinema - relatively hard to come by. But truth be told, when it comes to classics of that caliber, it's better to make the effort.
