Why watch this film?

Do you know Wet'n Wild, Hopi Hari, Playcenter or Beto Carrero? Or American parks like Disneyland, Universal or Six Flags? Think of these parks. Now add rides with no physical logic, imminent danger around every turn on the roller coaster and other attractions, like wild go-karts and tanks that shoot tennis balls in flames. Add drunk teenagers too. This was the exact scenario of Action Park, an amusement park in the US that laughed in the face of danger. In the documentary 'Class Action Park', exclusive to HBO Max, we understand more of this story, the dangers of the rides (the looping roller coaster, for example, is one of the craziest things ever seen in an amusement park) and what happened to some people who went there - ranging from absolute fans to some deaths. Even though the movie slips into glamorizing the owner of the place, and diluting some of the blame for what happened there, it's a movie that should please people who are interested in disastrous ventures that never make sense, like a 'Fyre Festival' of life. Dark and fun.
