Why watch this film?
This is not an easy movie to watch, let alone talk about. 'Pleasure' attempts to show, in broad strokes, that everything has two sides - in this case, we are talking about pornography. The story, which seems to be about how a woman can take ownership of herself within an industry made by men and dominated by them, ends up becoming a plot about how macho society and male power hinder any female ambition. A straight-to-the-point movie that weaves a relevant critique about this universe, which grows in the most diverse possible ways. If you are a woman, some scenes may be triggers and even make you reflect on your experiences - since we know that a large part of men are raised by the porn industry.

Kidnapped
In Kidnapped (Rapito), Italian filmmaker Marco Bellocchio delves into one of the murkiest and most controversial episodes in the history of the Catholic Church, the "Mortara case". In 1851, when Jewish boy Edgardo Mortara becomes gravely ill, his Catholic nanny decides to baptize him in an emergency. However, papal law dictates that all Catholics must be raised as such, so the cardinal orders the boy to be taken and handed over to the church, against his parents' wishes, who decide to fight for him.
