As the title suggests, it is an action-on-wheels movie. Set in the late 1990s, 'Seoul Daejakjeon' takes full advantage of the era's components to create a nostalgic atmosphere where the music, fashion, and cars take the audience back to the past. The story follows a group of drivers on a criminal mission that will put them in a race against the police: transporting illicit money. It is also starred by actor Yoo Ah-in, the young promise that the world met with the dark drama 'Burning', one of the best Korean movies in modern history.
