'The Legend of Molly Johnson' is based on the famous Henry Lawson story, telling the tale of Molly, a strong, proud and suspicious woman who would do anything to protect her children from frontier wars, police, violence and robberies in Australia in 1883. It has beautiful cinematography that brings visual beauty to the story, revealing the protagonist's impunity and powerlessness for her experiences.
