Gina is taken by surprise when, on her 50th birthday, a male escort is sent as a "gift" by her friends and offers to do whatever she wants. She asks him to do something for her that nobody else will do - just clean the house. Australian dramatic comedy 'How to Please a Woman' delves into the lives of these two characters, so different initially, but who eventually show similarities that would not fit in a first glance. Special mention to Sally Phillips' performance (from 'Bridget Jones's Diary'), the feature film is light and, like 'Boa Sorte, Leo Grande', shows how mid-life sexuality deserves more space in cinema.
