Why watch this film?
Romance, action, comedy. All these genres are present in the movie 'Shotgun Wedding', an exclusive from Amazon Prime Video. Directed by Jason Moore, of 'A Perfect Choice', the feature film is about a couple (Jennifer Lopez and Josh Duhamel) who become hostages of criminals during the wedding ceremony, turning the day of dreams into chaos with guns, running and fighting. It's a movie that ends up serving the most varied types of audiences, precisely because of this diversity of the story, but it doesn't really become memorable in any of these genres that appear in the movie. At least it's entertaining, mainly because of the good chemistry between Jennifer Lopez and Duhamel.

Pitch Perfect
"Pitch Perfect" was one of the best comedy movies of 2012 and also innovated - by being a very different musical from the standard. Based on Mickey Rapkin's book, the plot has a "Glee" vibe - with humor, diversity and self-discovery in adolescence. Rebel Wilson is one of the funniest characters in the movie and steals all the scenes she appears in. It is important to note that you have to be a music fan to watch "Pitch Perfect". The story will still attract those who like cinema, due to references to famous films, including "The Breakfast Club", which follows the trajectory of the main couple.
Action

Furies
An exclusive Vietnamese action and revenge thriller on Netflix that thematically will remind you of "Promising Young Woman", but in action and style it is more reminiscent of "John Wick" and "Kill Bill". Although it is not as refined (or interesting) as its references, "Furies" will leave genre fans satisfied. The plot is somewhat scant: three furious and violent female vigilantes join forces to take down a sinister mafia that has made them victims. There is more substance in the action sequences than in its premise, but if you're looking for something visually impactful and entertaining, you'll like it.
