Why watch this film?
The movie serves as a bridge between the crew of the classic 'Star Trek' series and the Next Generation series that lasted seven seasons between the 1980s and 90s. Unfortunately, 'Generations' fails to deliver a plot that engages the audience, seeming like just another TV episode with a bigger budget and more screen time. A sad ending for a great idea, even though the movie features beloved captains James T. Kirk and Jean-Luc Picard sharing several scenes.

Plot summary
Captain Jean-Luc Picard and the crew of Enterprise-D rescue an El Aurian physicist named Soran. Unbeknownst to Picard, Soran harbors a deadly plan that includes the destruction of the Enterprise and millions of lives. Rebel Moon - Part Two: The Scargiver
It was said about the first installment, and it can be said about Netflix's Rebel Moon (Part Two): it is a movie that only Zack Snyder fans will enjoy. The film continues to be a copy of the classic 'Seven Samurai', but in space: our heroes, led by Kora (Sofia Boutella), return to their small agricultural moon to prepare the defense against the invaders from the Empire. The story unfolds in a predictable manner (even more so if you've seen Kurosawa's classic), with Snyder's usual stylistic vices: overuse of slow motion and gratuitous Christian symbolism. If you liked the previous one (or the director's other movies), you will undoubtedly enjoy it. Otherwise, it might be better to skip it.
